PIPS Host Transfer Service

Do you want to transfer your website to a different host? For example if you have a Plug-In Profit Site hosted on Host4Profit you can transfer it to Hostgator and make a saving of $15 per month. You can also host multiple domains on one hosting account at no additional cost.

If you do not already have a Hostgator account you can proceed with the transfer without using my service as Hostgator will transfer your website completely free of charge if you are a new customer.

All you need to do is OPEN A HOSTGATOR HOSTING ACCOUNT - I recommend choosing the Baby account, which is $9.95 per month. Then raise a support request and ask them to transfer your website from your old host. They will let you know the information that they need to do this.

If you already have a hosting account you will not normally be eligible for this free transfer, but you may want to send them a request to double check as sometimes they will do it if you have only been a customer for a short time.

My host transfer service costs $29.95 and will include the following:

• -> Backup of all files on your old host
• -> Creation of an add on domain in your new host (if not already created)
• -> Upload of all the files to the new host
• -> Creation of any email addresses that you require on the new host
• -> Setup of new DNS (Domain Name Server) settings

Host Transfer Cost = $29.95

After payment click on the button to be transferred to the questionniare. You will need to submit the following information to me

• -> Your domain name
• -> Your Old Host details (e.g. Host4Profit WebEpanel username and password)
• -> Your new host details (e.g. HostGator cpanel username and password)
• -> Details of any email addresses that you need setup(and if you want them forwarded to an exiting email)

IMPORTANT NOTE:This service can take around 3-4 days to complete as it can take up to 72 hours for the new DNS to propagate worldwide. (for all computers on the internet to know the location of your new site). If you keep your old hosting account open during this time there will be NO DOWNTIME for your website.
