General Questions

Q. How long will it take for my site update to be done?

I will aim to have your site update completed within 48hrs or less from the time of receiving all the correct information from you. If I am on vacation this may increase slightly but I will always have a notice on my site if this is the case.

Q. Will my site be unavailable while you update it?

No - I do all the updates offline on my computer. Once they are ready I will upload them to your website. This means that your site will be unavailable for less than 30 seconds.

Q. How will I know if my site update is ready?

I will send you an email once your site update has been completed. At this point you will be able to see the changes on your site. If you don't receive an email double check your spam or junk folder to see if it is in there and if not contact me using both my email addresses.

Q. Can I see examples of your previous work?

Yes. You can see links to example pages on each of the individual site update pages. In addition to this you can also view testimonials from previous customers, including links to their websites. Q. How do you process payments?

Clickbank sells our products - they are a trusted online retailer specializing in digitally delivered products.

Q. I have already had updates done to my website e.g. color changes. Will your updates impact this?

I will ensure that any previous changes that you have made to your site are preserved. For example, if you have had a color update and I add new pages to your site, these new pages will be in the same color as your index page. The same goes for a Mega site update or an article or links directory. I will also back up your original home page.

Q. I have a PIPS Mega Website - will you update this?

Yes.

Q. I have a PIPS 2.0 Joomla Style Website - will you update this?

The Lead Capture Page Service is the only site update I can do if you have a Joomla based site. (if you don't know what a Joomla site is, then don't worry, you will know if you have this type of site)

Q. I can't see any changes on my website - why is this?

This may be because you are viewing an older version of your site in your website browser's cache. Try clicking on the refresh button on your browser, or if this doesn't work hold down the control button on your keyword while clicking the refresh button. If you are still having problems just send me an email and I will help.

Q. I would like my site redesigned - do you do this?

At this time I do not provide any custom services. Providing a set of standard services allows me to keep my prices affordable, as all the research and a lot of the preparation is done up front.

Content Update Questions

Q. I've lost the download link/questionniare link - what will I do?

Please send me an email and I will resend you the download link or the link to the questionnaire.

Q. I have had the Content Update done and when I click on the clickbank links I can't see my clickbank ID?

First, you can be assured that your Clickbank ID was added to all the clickbank products on your website (I do this in one go, so it is not possible to have some correct and some incorrect IDs). As long as you provided me the correct Clickbank ID in your content update questionnaire it will be present in all the clickbank product URLs.

Secondly, some vendors will cloak your clickbank ID. This means that although you used a clickbank hoplink with your ID in it, they hide it from the visitor. This is beneficial for you because it reduces the chance of someone removing your ID. To see an example of this in action please visit http://suzannem.maxiweb.hop.clickbank.net (opens a new window). If you click on this link or copy and paste it into a browser you will see that the "suzannem" (my clickbank ID) disappears. This is normal and you will still be credited for any sales.

Q. I have just had an SEO update done and can't see my site on the first page of Google. Why is this?

Please read the SEO Ebook that you received when you ordered my SEO update and this will explain what you need to do to get your site to the top of Google. My optimization of your site was just the first part of this process. You will need to work on getting links to your site to increase your ranking in Google. This can be done by submitting your site to directories, writing articles, posting in forums and more. This is all explained in more detail in my Ebook.

Q. How do I check my position in Google?

Please read the SEO Ebook that you received when you ordered the SEO Update Service. This has a section on how to check your progress and includes an explaination of how to check your position in Google.

Lead Capture Page & Fly-in Questions

Q. What happens when someone enters their email address into my lead capture page or Fly-in?

They will receive a confirmation message from your GetResponse account. Once they click to confirm they will be sent the first letter in your 400 day series. This has a link to the pluginbonus.html page where they can download their bonus ebooks.

Q. What do I need to do when someone signs up through my lead capture page or fly-in?

You do not need to do anything - this is all handled automatically by GetResponse.

Q. How do I know when someone signs up through my lead capture page or fly-in?

Login to GetResponse and click on the menu:
Subscribers->My Subscribers->Active Subscribers then click on your campaign name. You will be able to query your subscribers. Subscribers from your Fly-in will have reference 100 and subscribers from your lead capture page will have reference 999.

You can also set up GetResponse to send you a daily or weekly report. Just click on the "Campaign Settings" and then click the "General Tab". In number 2 you can choose to have reports sent daily, weekly or never.

Q. Are the Ebooks Brandable with my Affiliate IDs?

The Dotcomology book will have your PIPS ID in it. The other ebooks are not brandable.
